Thank You! Most of this Love belongs to the creators of the film and to the artists that create the amazing graphics I reblog. This blog would be nothing without them and everyone who cherishes This Amazing Film and story♡♡♡
you are so right about the video. i have been keeping up on the thread because you are right. i can understand venting about a job, like this one particular person was rude today, or the weather was too hot or something. but complaining about the people who basically fund your paycheck is outrageous. i'm terribly sorry that these tourists are ruining your good time by having their own good time and not worrying about you. sorry that you still have to be the center of attention. some ppl, man.
The real matter here,(aside from forgetting that they’re at work) is the video itself. This person posted this without their knowledge, so they in turn, had no chance to defend themselves when the outcome was reblogs of disdain and words of hate. Yeah, noise can be irritating to anyone (I work around loud & giant machines all day) But people need to realize that they’re there to make a living. I’ve known more then a handful of cast members at both parks that are raising families and the only thing that ever mattered to them was the paycheck. Whatever negative stuff happened at work, stayed there. And they still had the best attitudes. If you’re hungry enough, nothing else matters. I appreciate the input and that you can understand where I am coming from. I’m sure the folks on here that complained love Disney just as loud, but from the inside :D
I'm a Disney Castmember, and our #1 rule is to NEVER bash the guest, no matter how difficult they can be. If you bash a guest, you are not a real and true dedicated Cast member.
Thank you! I’m glad that there are employees that understand code of conduct. I understand the frustration and it’s their right to vent, but I definitely wouldn’t be posting videos of guests. I know the cast members over here at Disneyland Resort and even the Disney store Cast Members have to deal with a fair amount of crap, and they always keep themselves level headed. There is a respectful and professional way to deal those things. Thank you for your input =)
Hi! I saw your comment about getting another job, and honestly it's a bit out of line. I don't doubt that you work hard, but castmembers do too. Dealing with people who are constantly angry at you for things that aren't your fault, like rides being shut down due to rain or things being more expensive than the guest thinks they should be is really hard. And yes, people being loud for hours on end can be terrible. All jobs have their difficulties. It's different from physical labor, not easier.
People are on here bashing guests, which by the way, are not here to defend themselves, and I’m the one out of line? -_-
